Name of the project: EmployID – Scalable & Cost-effective Facilitation of Professional Identity Transformation in Public Employment Services

The aim of the project with 10 partners participating is to support and facilitate the learning process of the PES (Public Employment Services) practitioners in their professional identity development by the efficient use of technologies to provide advanced coaching, reflection, networking and learning support services. Based on adult learning theories, the project focuses on technological developments that make facilitation services for professional identity transformation cost-effective and sustainable by empowering individuals and organisations to engage in transformative practices, using a variety of learning and facilitation processes.

The intermediate results of the project (after Year 2) are nicely presented in the book Empowering Change in Public Employment Services – The EmployID Approach.
