Connecting Europe Facility

The Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) is the EU's key financial instrument for promoting growth, jobs, and competitiveness through targeted investments in infrastructure at the European level. It supports the development of high-efficiency, sustainable, and well-connected pan-European networks in the fields of transport, energy, and digital services. CEF investments fill the missing links in Europe's energy, transport, and digital backbones.

Our projects:

eID4U – eID for University. The eID4U project establishes secure cross-border services (e-registration, e-login, and e-access) that can be used with national means of electronic identification.

SI-PASS – Slovenian eIDAS Node and Integrated Services. The project established the Slovenian eIDAS node and connected it to four existing public and one private cross-border e-service. The services cover the fields of e-health, intellectual property protection, pension and disability insurance, public registers, and business transactions.
