On 21 September 2016, the 9th International Technology Transfer Conference was held at the Jožef Stefan Institute, organized by the Center for Technology Transfer and Innovation in collaboration with Innovation Day 2016, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. As part of the conference programme, a competition for the best innovations and potentially commercial products developed in public research organizations was held, where the proposed innovations were assessed by investors and technology commercialization experts.
The software product “MUPOSS”, developed by members of the Laboratory for Open Systems and Networks, won second place and attracted considerable interest among conference attendees. A description of the “MUPOSS” product is available here.
