INDEPENDENT project meeting
The Laboratory for Open Systems and Networks at the Jožef Stefan Institute organised a regular meeting of the INDEPENDENT project in Portorož from 14 to 16 October. The event took the form of a three-day working conference, featuring several smaller workshops focused on the project’s working areas: customer energy management systems (CEM), aggregator energy management systems (AEMS), plug-and-play implementation and continuous marketing of energy solutions, piloting, as well as creating market effects and increasing the project’s visibility and its solutions.
The project is characterised by high-tech solutions in end-user energy management and management at the aggregator level, along with a range of challenging pilots in various European countries: Finland, Germany, Sweden, and Slovenia. The project meeting, organised in preparation for the first pilot tests, contributed to improved and clearer organisation of project work and experiments.
News about the project meeting was also published on social media. The meeting was organised by an organising committee consisting of Dr Dušan Gabrijelčič, Davud Topalović, and Dr Ramanpreet Kaur.
