The anniversary will be celebrated with an event being part of the Information Society multiconference. The event will be held on October 10 2016 at Jožef Stefan Institute in the Main lecture hall.

THE 1ST ANNUAL SENTER PROJECT CONFERENCE

Mykolas Romeris University and Laboratory for Open Systems and Networks are organizing the 1st annual conference “Empowering EU Security Research through co-innovation, co-creation and co-implementation” in a framework of SENTER project („Strengthening European Network Center of Excellence in Cybercrime“). The project aims to create a sustainable international cross-organizational partnership in the area of fight against cybercrime. The conference will  be held on October 19 – 21, in Vilnius, Lithuania. The program is available here.

AWARD FOR SECOND BEST INNOVATION TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER: “MUPOSS” PRODUCT

On 21 September 2016, Center for Technology Transfer and Innovation at the Jozef Stefan Institute organized the 9th International Technology Transfer Conference, in collaboration with the Innovation Day 2016, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia. As a part of the program a competition for the best innovations and potentially commercial products developed by public research organizations was held on. The proposed innovations were assessed by investors and technology commercialization experts. The software “MUPOSS” product developed by members of our Laboratory was awarded for The Second best Innovation. “MUPOSS” product description is available here.
